There are also many other business types that thrive in tough times. So the question is how can we make Brown Transmission one of them.

We should approach every inquire as if it is worth a million dollars, because that is always the possibility. Consumers never forget quality customer service. And they'd prefer to spend their green backs with a company that makes them feel valued and appreciated. Never let a customer know that you are frustrated with them. Be as calm as possible, and when you hang up the phone, go bang your head on the bathroom wall or take a shot of booze without your boss finding out. And even if your boss does find out, he will be more lenient if he knows you just added $10,000 to the company's bottom line. If your constantly becoming irritated and frustrated with your customer, "LOOK AT YOURSELF," it just might be you! As the old saying goes, "The customer is always right." Without them we can not pay our expense or feed our families. NEVER!!!!! UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TELL A CUSTOMER TO GO BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. Word of Mouth is so powerful. You never want anyone to voice any bad opinion about the company that you represent. The last thing we should remember is: there is always somewhere else to go for product. No one has to spend their money with us. Have you ever been treated so badly at a store or shopping center that you'd rather drive a further distance and pay more than to ever go there again? Remember that price isn't everything. People want to be treated like royalty.
